Hanna is the founder of Media Minds. Before starting the company, she was Head of Film in Finland at Business Finland, where she built the platform that promotes Finnish film and TV production internationally and led the push into the US market. 

As an entrepreneur, she now runs growth programmes and business coaching for the creative economy, working with cities, regions, and industry associations across Finland. She is a regular moderator and speaker on the future of media and creativity. Hanna holds an MBA in Leading Transformation Change alongside a background in audiovisual production.

Laura works at the intersection of international relations, nation branding, and the global entertainment industry, strengthening Finland's visibility and reputation in international markets. She has built and maintained long-standing relationships with the world's biggest studios and production companies, including Netflix, Amazon MGM Studios, Marvel Studios, and Warner Bros. She has also managed the Finland visits of high-profile international guests, including Emma Thompson, Jason Segel, and Stellan Skarsgård.

She is currently completing an MBA in Leading Sustainable Growth.
