What makes someone truly memorable? That was the question at the centre of a workshop Hanna Salonen and Laura Sutinen brought to Habitare this September, one of Northern Europe's leading design and interior architecture fairs.
The session was part of Habitare Pro, Habitare's professional programme for creative industry experts. Rather than talking about branding in the abstract, the workshop went straight to the practical: how do you tell your own story in a way that actually sticks? What gets remembered, and what gets forgotten the moment you leave the room?
The workshop grew out of Media Minds' work with the LUKAS project. Suomen Yrittäjät is Finland's largest entrepreneurial organisation, representing over 100,000 businesses nationwide. LUKAS is their programme for creative economy companies, built to strengthen business capabilities, growth thinking and strategic positioning across the sector. As part of the project, Hanna has been working as a sparring partner for 21 creative industry companies.
The Habitare workshop brought that same thinking into a live setting: less lecture, more doing. Participants tested their own stories in real time, with real feedback from the room.
