When Over Your Dead Body, starring Jason Segel, Samara Weaving, Timothy Olyphant and Juliette Lewis, filmed in Finland in late 2024, Laura Sutinen served as Above-the-Line Liaison, working closely with the production and its international cast throughout the shoot.
The collaboration was built on existing relationships. Laura had previously worked with producers Aram Tertzakian and Lee Kim on XYZ Films' Dual and Get Away. Working together across productions had created a strong understanding of what they expect, the standards they work to and the kind of support that makes a difference. By the time Over Your Dead Body arrived in Finland, that familiarity allowed for an even deeper level of trust and a highly intuitive way of working together.
Aram and Lee described Laura's role as a unique combination of executive production, HR management and highly effective coordination, bridging the needs of talent and production while keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Working across several productions allows relationships to evolve beyond individual assignments. Each project builds greater understanding, stronger trust and an increasingly seamless way of working together.
